What does my warranty cover?
- Any damage to the Gold on the jewelry
- Fading or rubbing of metals or color
- Broken strings on beaded jewelry
What doesn't my warranty cover?
- Lost or stolen items
- Any jewelry that been altered in any way
How does it work?
Once a claim has been accepted (which may take 5-7 business days) you will receive a store credit for the original purchase price of the jewelry not including any shipping or taxes. this must be used within 395 days of warranty credit being issued, otherwise it may expire.
What should i know?
- You will want to keep the item and any pieces of the damaged item so that they can be sent back to OURO.
- Once your claim has been accepted you will receive a prepaid shipping label that must be shipped within 5 business days, after that time you will be required to pay for shipping.
