Because of spikes in order volume, it make take 2-5 business days (not including weekends and/or holidays) for your order to be processed. This means it may take Ouro Goods 2-5 days to process and box up your order before your item is picked up by your selected shipping service.
With any new brand as we grow we may run into unexpected growing pains. In rare occasions please allow up to 25 days for processing. (This is very rare)
All discrepancies, Damaged goods, shortages must be reported immediately or within 30 days.
All returned shipments will be the responsibility of the customer. If your package has been returned to us from the shipping carrier you will be notified. You also will be assessed a $2.50 charge for re-shipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Ouro Goods is not responsible for any package with a tracking number that is undelivered for any reason. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Any package that has been marked delivered and/or is missing will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend opting in for signature delivery at checkout to guarantee your item is delivered to you.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Due to the nature and growth of our business once an order has been placed we cannot cancel an order. You will need to make a shipment return.

We deliver worldwide. All orders are shipped from California, USA.
Domestic shipping is free for all orders over $30. For all orders under $30 shipping is a flat rate fee of 2.50. We recommend opting in for signature upon delivery to ensure your package is delivered.
International orders are delivered via DHL, shipping costs are calculated in checkout.
Expedited shipping will become available on March 1 2019.
Duties & Customs
Your order may be subject to VAT, Taxes, and other import fees depending on your country. Please note we are required by law to disclose the value of each item.
