What method is used for shipping?
We currently use USPS for all orders.
How can i get in touch with customer service?

I sent an email to to customer service when can i expect a response?
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. We will gladly take a return for cash within 48 hours of delivery, any time longer than 48 hours up to 14 days we will accept a return for store credit. Please note for all returns there is a restocking fee of $5.00 USD.
I have not received my order confirmation what should i do?
Order confirmations may take up to 24 hours to send due to demand a processing times of the email client. if after 24 hours of no email please email us brandon@ourgoods.com.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. However if you would like to become a VIP member and receive freebies and insider access please create a profile.
Can I change an order after I place it?
Sometimes. It depends on the amount of time that has passed. You are always welcome to email brandon@ourogoods.com if you to change your order. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
How come I saw similar products elsewhere?
There may be ripoff and knockoff designs out there, but Ouro Goods are all made with genuine 18K gold and stones. We have a warranty to back up our claims.
